The word ‘DITYA’ means ‘answered prayer’. The bakery was ideated by a team of two sisters Anandita and Ananya. Every product at Ditya is prepared with the most premium ingredients to serve you a product that is as authentic as possible. We strive to achieve perfection in every bite to take you close to the roots of the dish. All pastries at Ditya are made with love, care and attention to detail so you have a reason to keep coming back to us.
DITYA was conceptualised in 2020 with my sister, Anandita. It all started from home in COVID as an idea and we’ve reached a stage where we’re trying to make DITYA tangible and accessible to the market. While I finished my culinary arts at IHM Aurangabad and interned at Taj Mansingh, my determination to build a business grew stronger. I went onto specialise in patisserie and boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu, London. While there is still a long way to go, the idea is to keep learning and growing with the brand and with each person who orders from us.
